NCPA and other national pharmacy organizations filed comments responding to a request for information from the Department of Health and Human Services on federal vaccine recommendations and shared clinical decision-making. Together, the coalition urged HHS to maintain a transparent, scientifically rigorous, and evidence-based vaccine recommendation process, while ensuring pharmacists are represented in vaccine policy discussions through the agency’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
