Health: Seven months on, Hoima dialysis keeps patients from Kampala referrals

The hospital director, Dr Ibrahim Bwaga, told Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee on September 16, 2026, that the facility had not referred dialysis patients to Kampala for the past seven months.
