‘Be mindful’: Prostate cancer research centralized in high-income countries

Most prostate cancer intervention studies occur in high-income countries, and no trials are conducted in countries considered low-income based on World Bank Ranking.Data from 1,400 investigations initiated between 2019 and 2024 showed a country’s wealth had a significant association with trial availability, but not prostate cancer incidence or mortality.
